Our vision is to lead the way as a collaborative network that brings together the entirety of the healthcare ecosystem – providers, payers, life sciences organizations, community organizations, policy makers, and more – for the benefit of a true industry-wide conversation about best practices for improving health outcomes with food is medicine.

Epicured began the Partners in Health network in 2018 to make it easier for clinicians to make food is medicine solutions available to their patients. We’ll never stop working to bridge that critical care gap, but Food is Medicine – and its demonstrated ability to improve health outcomes – has grown into an industry movement capable of solving huge healthcare challenges around health equity, care quality, and even cost of care.

Our Vision

We’re building on the successful collaboration we’ve enjoyed with the 6,000+ clinicians in our Partners in Health network, and expanding our mandate to encompass this bigger idea of Food is Medicine and all the people across healthcare working on it.

Low-FODMAP Elimination Programs

Think there’s got to be an easier way to get your patients on a low-FODMAP Elimination diet?

Here’s what we’ve just come up with: a ‘don’t-make-me-think’ program of three meals a day (plus snacks and dessert) delivered direct to patients for 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
Oh, and it can be vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or omnivore too.
